A Creamy Marinara: Part 1

This recipe is not yet complete, and I do not know when it will be. I do know that the final form requires several iterations to get up to, and this specific version is one that I find to be one that can be easily thrown together. This recipe does not have exact measurements. Add everything to your instincts. This specific iteration uses premade sauce, specifically Rao's Marinara. Makes about 4 servings Cooking Oil, Olive oil is used here. 1/4 large onion, diced finely Tomato sauce, about 1.5 tablespoon Red chili flakes to your taste ~4-8 Garlic Cloves, minced Heavy Cream, about 1/4 cup 28 oz of premade tomato sauce Salt Onion Cream Base Add an exorbitant amount of oil, and bring it up to heat. Add the onions, and cook till caramelized. Make sure to stir frequently. Add the tomato paste before the onions are done to get some Mailard. Add the garlic and red chili flakes at the end. Creamy Guacamole

Introducing an enhanced recipe that makes 4 servings of a creamy and delicious guacamole! It can be enjoyed as a dip, spread, or topping. It pairs wonderfully with tortilla chips, pleases taste buds in tacos and/or burritos, and even works as a superior choice to sliced avocados on avocado toast. Once you feel this recipe, you'll never settle for ordinary guac again.

Creamy Guacamole

Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients:

4 Avocados

Seasoning of your choice(I use Lemon Pepper)

1 cup Sour Cream

⅛ cup Chopped Coriander

½ Red Onion

2 Tomatoes

1 Jalapeños

1½ Limes

  1. Vegetables:

    1. Dice the onion, tomatoes, and jalapeños to your preferred size.

      1. To reduce spice, remove the pith from the jalapeños.

    2. Chop ⅛ cup of coriander.

  2. Avocados

    1. Cut each avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh into a large bowl.

    2. Add the desired amount of selected seasoning and toss.

  3. Lime

    1. Squeeze all the limes into a cup and set aside.

  4. Sour Cream

    1. Open the tub and scoop out 1 cup of sour cream.

  5. Mixing

    1. Take the bowl of avocados.

    2. Cover the avocados with the vegetable mix.

    3. Add the sour cream.

    4. Mix the ingredients together using either a fork or a whisk.

    5. Slowly add the lime juice to thin out the guacamole.

    6. Continue mixing everything together for a minute or two.

    7. Done!

  6. Storage

    1. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
